As president of Wells Fargo Funds, Karla Rabusch oversees all business groups that support Wells Fargo Funds. She is also head of Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC, which offers complementary investment solutions, including Wells Fargo managed accounts. She began her career at Wells Fargo in 1997 as the chief finance officer for the mutual fund complex. In 2004 and 2009, Karla was named one of the 100 most influential business women in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times.

Wayne Badorf is head of Intermediary Sales for Wells Fargo Asset Management. He is responsible for strategic and leadership initiatives across the organization, as well as the distribution of mutual funds and separately managed accounts (SMAs) through national, regional, and independent broker/dealers; private banks; institutional clients; retirement platforms; and registered investment advisors. Wayne joined Wells Fargo in 2004 and has more than 20 years of investment management industry experience.

Marshall Butler

Marshall Butler oversees the teams responsible for marketing, public relations, communications, creative services, e-business, and social media. Mr. Butler came to Wells Fargo in 2014, bringing more than 15 years of experience in financial services marketing. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he was with BlackRock, most recently serving as managing director and head of iShares global brand marketing and leading a global team of brand and social media marketers. Prior to that, Mr. Butler was managing director and head of iShares Asia Pacific marketing based in Hong Kong. Before joining BlackRock in 2007, Mr. Butler was a director at WPP, a multinational advertising and public relations firm, and focused on financial services marketing. Mr. Butler earned a bachelorís degree in political economy from Queenís University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, and a masterís degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

Erdem Cimen, CFA

Erdem Cimen and his team are responsible for the overall direction and control of financial analysis, sales and business reporting, accounting operations, vendor contracts, and the project management office. Erdem also directs Wells Fargo Funds Management’s strategic planning and modeling process. Erdem has been with Wells Fargo since 2001. Before joining the fund’s management group in 2006, he worked in the auto finance group, initially in risk management and later as the group’s finance officer. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Debra Ann Early

Debra Ann Early is the head of Risk and Compliance for Wells Fargo Asset Management. Wells Fargo Asset Management includes Wells Capital Management, Inc., an institutional investment management firm; Wells Fargo Funds Distributor, LLC, the distributor of the Wells Fargo Funds mutual fund family; Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC, the investment advisor for Wells Fargo Funds; and a group of institutional asset management firms affiliated with Wells Fargo that offer a variety of specialized investment capabilities. Debra Ann has more than 20 years of experience in the investment management industry and joined Wells Fargo Funds Management in 2007.

Susan Frodl

Susan Frodl is senior vice president and head of Wells Fargo Funds Distributorís client-facing services organization. Ms. Frodl and her teams, located in Boston and Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, provide service and relationship management to our self-directed investors, along with our retail intermediary and institutional sales teams and their clients. Ms. Frodl also leads the Learning and Development team, a key resource for onboarding new team members, delivering new product information, and providing education on regulatory matters that affect policies and procedures. Ms. Frodl is based in Menomonee Falls, where she also serves as a Midwest senior leader advocate for Wells Fargo Asset Management. Ms. Frodl has spent more than 25 years in the industry and joined Wells Fargo in 2005 as part of the Strong Funds acquisition, where she held various positions, including client service team manager, brokerage operations manager, and investor services team leader. She started her career at Strong in 1988. Ms. Frodl holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licenses 7, 24, and 63.

Paul J. Haast, CFA

Since 2015, Paul Haast has led the Product Management, Investments, and Strategic Initiatives teams for the Wells Fargo Funds, Wells Fargo Managed Account Services, and the Wells Fargo (Lux) Worldwide Fund. Mr. Haast joined Wells Fargo in 1994 and, over the years, has held positions within the product development, product management, and transfer agent operations departments. Mr. Haast began his career more than 20 years ago as a control accountant at Investors Bank & Trust. He earned a bachelorís degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Boston University. He passed the certified public accountant exam and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analystģ (CFAģ) designation.

Diana Jackson

Diana Jackson is a vice president responsible for strategic human resources support for Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC, and Wells Fargo Funds Distributor, LLC. Ms. Jackson is the primary human resources business partner for the firmsí Senior Leadership team. She partners with them to translate business strategies into human resources products and services, providing solutions that consider trends, risk levels, and the complexity of issues. Ms. Jackson began her human resources career in 1992 and has experience with Microsoft, Gap, American Express, and Cisco Systems. She has a strong background as a human resources business partner, as well as in organizational design, team member development, leadership coaching, change management, business operations, and business transformation. Ms. Jackson earned a bachelorís degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resources management from California State University, Hayward.

David Messman, J.D.

David Messman currently serves as a senior vice president, secretary, and chief legal officer for Wells Fargo Funds Management. Concurrently, he serves as an assistant general counsel of the Wells Fargo law department. David leads the legal team that supports Wells Fargo Asset Management. Mr. Messman joined Wells Fargo in 1996. Prior to that, he served for six years on the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C. For most of his time at the SEC, he was a branch chief in its investment management division. Mr. Messman earned both a bachelorís degree in journalism and a juris doctor law degree from the University of Minnesota. He became a member of the Minnesota Bar in 1985 and a member of the California Bar in 1997.

Nancy Wiser

Nancy Wiser joined Wells Fargo in 2011 and is responsible for operations and technology. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Wiser served as the chief operating officer and chief compliance officer at a hedge fund in New York. She has worked in the investment industry since 1989 and has held various positions in areas that include fund accounting, technology, investment operations, investor relations, and compliance. Ms. Wiser serves on the Business Advisory Council at the Providence College School of Business, the Board of Overseers at Providence College, and the Advisory Council for the National Black MBA Association's Boston Chapter.
